Faye, thus far, has always been timid around water. She does well with baths and water contained in sinks, but it takes her a long time to warm up in a swimming pool and she didn't do well with splash pads last summer. Imagine my surprise when we were testing my mom's sprinklers and Faye willingly went to play with them! It was so fun to watch her drag Uncle Greg and Grandma over to the sprinklers so they could play in the water, too.
Hopefully her enthusiasm with the sprinklers means good things for swimming this summer!
